I have had an interest in gemstones and minerals for a long time and I have quite a collection of different rock and mineral specimens around my home. I’m mostly drawn to the sparkle of natural crystals but also love anything colourful and of an interesting structure. Sometimes inspiration for a unique jewellery piece hits me immediately when I see a stone or a string of beads, sometimes I just fall in love with them and have them in my collection for a while before I come up with a design.
