If your item is in stock I will post it as soon as I can, normally within one to three days of ordering. If the item is a small made-to-order item then it will take a few more days, depending on my workload.
Items with over 7.78g of silver content will take longer as they have to be made and then sent off to be hallmarked so please allow up to three weeks for them to be ready, however, I often keep one or two of my most popular items in stock so if you want something in a hurry please just ask.
I send items under £100 by Royal Mail tracked 24 so they can go straight through your letterbox and items over £100 are sent by Royal Mail special delivery. If you need your purchase in a hurry send me a message and I'll do my best for you.
Your jewellery will be wrapped in tissue inside a branded box or a cotton bag. Gift wrap is also available to add to your order and I’m happy to write a gift tag for you.
All of my packaging is carefully sourced and recyclable, except for the padding inside the box. Hopefully, this will change very soon.
if you’re outside the UK please order from my Etsy shop as they automatically sort out sales tax and export issues.
If the item isn’t right for you please let me know within 7 days of delivery and post it back to me, in the original condition and packaging, along with your name and address so I can identify the sale, within 14 days. The customer is responsible for paying for the return postage. I will action the refund via the payment method used within 2/3 days of receiving the goods. I cannot be held responsible for returned items that go missing in the post.
If the item is for a gift and the recipient wants to return it outside the 14-day period please get in touch as I will usually be happy to exchange an item.
Items that have been made especially for you, to meet your requirements are not eligible for return or refund.
I understand that sometimes you may change your mind so I’m happy to cancel and refund an order within 24 hours, as long as I haven’t been super efficient and posted it already. The refund will be made using the same payment method.
I want you to enjoy wearing my jewellery for a long time to come so if a problem occurs with an item that you’ve bought from me (within a reasonable time) please do get in touch, with clear photos of the issue and I’ll do my best to work with you to resolve it.
