Squares of silver with rounded corners have been hammered then drilled to achieve the light catching bubbles pattern. They've then been domed for that cushion look and attached loosely to the deep blue Topaz stone from a corner, so they swing prettily below the stone. The earwire is soldered directly to the gemstone setting for a neat look.

The stones are 5mm and the squares are 13x13mm. The total drop from the top of the earwire is just over 3cm.
